Card Services Helpdesk
If you need help with your Caltech card (including reporting a lost, stolen, or damaged card or requesting a replacement card), please submit your request using the IMSS help system to make sure it's properly recorded and tracked.
- Go to help.caltech.edu.
- Log in using your access.caltech.edu username and password.
- For Request Type choose "Card Office."
- Indicate the nature of your request by making a choice from the pull-down list next to "Card Office."
- Fill in the Subject and Request Detail fields.
- Add file attachments to your help request if needed.
- Double-check that the automatically-entered Location and Room information is correct.
- Click "Save" to submit your help request.
You may also use this system to view your existing help requests.
To log out of the system when you're finished, click on the icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, next to your name.
You may also email cardoffice@caltech.edu and a ticket will be generated automatically.
